At Joey, we are primarily a make-to-order business (depending on stock), which means lead times may be up to 14 days to allow for production before your item is ready to be shipped.

Order Acceptance: Once you place your order, it will be manually reviewed and accepted by our team. You will then receive an invoice via email with your order details and the total amount due.

Payment Method: Payment is only accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Our banking details will be included in the invoice. Please ensure that payment is made within the specified time frame to avoid delays in the production and shipping of your order.

Payment Confirmation: After we receive your EFT payment, you will receive a confirmation email where we will confirm the shipping timeframe. Should we not have stock on hand, we will begin production of your handmade ceramic night light. Please allow up to 14 days for production before your item is ready to be shipped.

Important: Please use your invoice number as the reference when making your EFT payment to ensure your order is properly tracked.
