Lead Time for Production: As each ceramic night light is handmade, there may be a production lead time of up to 14 days before your item is ready to be shipped. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality in every product.
Shipping Time: Once production is complete, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery:
Local Shipping (within South Africa): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on your location and order size. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Rural or Outlying Areas: Please note that deliveries to rural or outlying areas may take longer, with delivery times of up to 7 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable Policy: Due to the handcrafted nature of our ceramic night lights, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in the case of damage during shipping.
Damaged or Broken Items: If your night light arrives damaged or broken, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery by emailing [your email address] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
